1. Subscriptions
Paid plans grant access to premium features for the chosen duration. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future renewals but the current term remains active until it ends.
2. Refunds
Because plan benefits (such as contact views and chat) are consumed during use, fees are generally non-refundable once a plan is activated. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days.
3. Failed or duplicate payments
Duplicate charges or payments that did not result in plan activation are fully refunded to the original payment method.
4. How to request
Email support@gathbandhan.in with your registered email and payment reference. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days.
