- Yes. Creating a profile and generating your biodata is free. Premium features such as extended contact views are part of paid plans.
- How do you stop fake profiles?
- Every member must verify their identity with a government ID before their profile becomes searchable or can send interests. Photos are also moderated.
- Is my ID document safe?
- Yes. It is used only for a one-time verification review, never shown to other members, and we keep only a masked reference.
- Do you offer Kundali matching?
- Yes. We compute a full Vedic Kundali and show Guna Milan (Ashtakoot 36-gun), Mangal Dosha and Nadi compatibility for matches.
- Who can see my photos and contact number?
- You decide. Photos can be public, connections-only, on-request or hidden; your number is shared only after you mutually connect.
- Can my family use it with me?
- Absolutely. Build a family tree, invite relatives, and parents or siblings can manage a profile on behalf of their loved one.
- Is the site available in Hindi?
- Yes, GathBandhan is available in English and Hindi.
- How do I cancel or get a refund?
